Bogdan Marinescu is a seasoned PR leader with over 15 years of international media relations experience. His experience encompasses reputation management, crisis PR, B2B thought leadership and commercial PR, and he has successfully led award-winning PR campaigns in over 20 countries across Europe and the Americas.

He is versed in 6 languages, including Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.

Chiara Molena

Chiara Molena has 15 years of experience in international Sales, Brand Management, and Commercial Marketing roles and has lived and worked in 8 countries across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. As a Marketing Director who led new product development, she brings a deep understanding of corporate target audiences and communication for strategic partnerships.

Chiara is versed in 7 languages, including English, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.

Vicky Hayden

Vicky brings more than 20 years of experience working across technology, health, sustainability, and innovation-led sectors, supporting organisations in the UK and Asia to explain complex ideas clearly and credibly.

She has worked closely with founders, senior leaders, and technical teams to deliver insight-led storytelling and multi-market programmes that build credibility and support growth.

Originally from Denmark, Sidse brings over seven years of expertise in digital strategy, SEO, and PR, driving operational excellence and client growth at EDERA Lab and Digital Trails. She excels in streamlining processes, crafting impactful strategies, and empowering startups and scale-ups to achieve measurable success.
