Chiara Molena has 15 years of experience in international Sales, Brand Management, and Commercial Marketing roles and has lived and worked in 8 countries across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. As a Marketing Director who led new product development, she brings a deep understanding of corporate target audiences and communication for strategic partnerships.
Chiara is versed in 7 languages, including English, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.

Bogdan Marinescu
Bogdan Marinescu is a seasoned PR leader with over 15 years of international media relations experience. His experience encompasses reputation management, crisis PR, B2B thought leadership and commercial PR, and he has successfully led award-winning PR campaigns in over 20 countries across Europe and the Americas.
He is versed in 6 languages, including Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.

Sidse Sørensen
Originally from Denmark, Sidse brings over seven years of expertise in digital strategy, SEO, and PR, driving operational excellence and client growth at EDERA Lab and Digital Trails. She excels in streamlining processes, crafting impactful strategies, and empowering startups and scale-ups to achieve measurable success.
Now based in the UK, Sidse leads with precision and collaboration, fostering seamless teamwork across remote teams and projects.

Samuel Salzman
Sam grew up in South London and later studied Politics and French at Exeter. After completing his studies, Sam worked in the public sector in a data analysis role before moving back to PR, focusing on B2B clients.
Sam was drawn to EDERA Lab's focus on climate tech and joined their team in January 2024. At EDERA Lab, he works on client accounts, creating international PR coverage opportunities in relevant trade and investor press.

Originally from La Reunion (France), Eva found her home and a passion for nature in Scotland, where she currently lives. With a background in finance and tech in client support and project management roles, Eva pivoted to focusing on sustainability and climate action in recent years.
With an MSc in Sustainability, Eva is passionate about keeping abreast of breakthrough technologies changing the future of industries.
